Blue Belt


  1. Step left 45 deg. to forward stance, execute left inward palmheel block immediately followed by a right ridgehand strike, under the attack, to the neck. Drawing weight to the left foot, execute a right turn kick to the abdomen stepping down on the attacker's right side, executing a right backfist to the temple.
  2. Step forward into left walking stance, execute left high section block immediately converting to a left hand grab on the attacking wrist and a right hand grab under and above the elbow joint. As the grab is executed step under and through the grab with the right foot and pivoting around drawing the left foot backwards. Execute an upward angle kick. Retaining grip on the wrist, with the left hand, execute a downward knifehand strike to the back of the neck, just below the base of the skull.
  3. Step forward into left walking stance, execute left high section block continuing the blocking motion into a circle, drawing the attacking hand in a rear ward circle. As the circular motion comes to the bottom, cup under the left leg and draw the leg straight away from the attacker taking a slide step backwards. Execute a right turn kick to the head.
  4. Step back into right sparring stance executing a right inward wristhand block, execute a left jumping back kick to the mid section followed immediately by a right high section turn kick.
  5. Step to the left side 90 deg. into right sparring stance executing a right knifehand block, step across with right foot and execute a left back kick to the ribcage and a right jumping turn kick to the ribcage.
  6. Step accross the front of the attacker with left foot, leaning head out of attack range. Execute right back kick to the rib cage transitioning to a left midsection jumping turn kick.
