  1. Step left 45 deg. to horseback riding stance, execute left inward wristhand block immediately followed by a right inward elbow strike. Step forward with the right foot executing a right outward elbow strike to the lower ribcage. Step back with the left foot executing a left outward elbow strike to the solarpexis.
  2. Step left 45 deg. to horseback riding stance, execute left inward wristhand block immediately followed by a right inward elbow strike and a left inward elbow strike. Step forward with the left foot and, while using the left hand to pull the head inward, execute a right inward elbow strike to the head.
  3. Step left 45 deg. to horseback riding stance, execute left inward wristhand block immediately followed by a right inward elbow strike. Step around the back of the attacker with the left foot, placing hands on the shoulders and executing a stomp kick to the back of the knee joint, stepping back to give room for the attacker to fall. Execute turn kick to the head.
  4. Step back into left sparring stance executing a left knifehand block, execute a left skip side kick to the ribcage.
  5. Step back into right sparring stance executing a right inward wristhand block immediately followed by a high section back kick to the throat.
  6. Step back into left sparring stance executing a left knifehand block, grabbing the punching hand, and executing a left front kick, transfer the punching hand to the right hand, step through the hold with the right foot and execute a left back kick to the ribcage.
