back into left sparring stance executing a left knife-hand block, grab
the punching hand and execute a left front kick, with the right hand
perform an outward wrist turn while stepping back with the left foot
and pivoting into a forward stance facing the attacker's right side.
Execute a right turn kick to the head.
Step
forward with right foot into ready stance, executing twin knife-hand
block. Grab the attacking wrist with the left hand while executing an
outward knife-hand strike with the right hand, pressing the knife-hand
into the neck, grab the base of the neck, thumb down, step back with
the left foot and thread the head between the grab. Execute punch to
the armpit region.
Step
forward with left foot into walking stance, executing left high section
block and right palm heel strike to the face simultaneously. Grab the
attacker's right shoulder with the right hand and right wrist with the
left hand then execute a right midsection knee strike. Withdraw the
right leg, pivoting behind clockwise into a right forward stance, using
the wrist and shoulder to roll the attacker over their back to the
ground. Execute right leg turn kick to the head.
Step back into left sparring stance executing a right spin hook kick to the head.
Step
back into left sparring stance executing a left 360 deg. jumping turn
kick to the rib cage followed by a right back kick to the abdomen.
Step
across the front of the attacker with right foot, leaning head out of
attack range. Execute left wheel kick to the chest followed by a right
unassisted jumping turn kick to the abdomen.
