Yellow Belt


  1. Step right 45 deg. to horseback riding stance, left outward forearm block and middle punch, immediately withdraw right foot to ready stance perpendicular to attacker and execute right outward knife hand strike.
  2. Step forward with right foot into ready stance perpendicular to attacker, executing inward wristhand block right hand, immediately stepping into horseback riding stance executing a supported outward elbow strike to the ribcage, then pivot into right forward stance, executing an outward knifehand strike with the right hand.
  3. Step forward with right foot into ready stance perpendicular to attacker, executing inward wristhand block right hand, immediately stepping into horseback riding stance executing a supported elbow strike to the sternum(from high poised position), execute right backfist to the bridge of the nose, immediately pivoting into a reverse forward stance, executing a right low section hammerfist to the groin.
  4. Step directly to the left executing a right knifehand block directly followed by a right, midsection turn kick, step down into a right forward stance executing a left palm heel strike.
  5. Step back into left sparring stance, avoiding attack, execute right high section turn kick, immediately followed by a right outward knifehand strike in side ready stance.
  6. Step back into left back stance executing left knife hand block, grab punching wrist and execute front leg front kick, transfer punching hand to right hand and execute right midsection turn kick.
